Materials
- Clear plastic plate (or glass)
- Mod Podge
- Chanukah themed napkins wrapping paper or clipart
- Paint brush
- Scissors
- Windex Spray
- 30 (or more) clear glass flat marbles (can be found at the Dollar store)
- Colored permanent markers
