Goals
Goals and Objectives: The student will review the sounds of the letters of the Alef-Beis by matching the letters with pictures beginning with the same letter by matching the letters on their cards with words on another child�s card that begin with the same letter. At the same time, they will practice turn-taking, listening, and co-operative learning skills.
Skills Needed: Alef-Beis sight and auditory recognition, phonemic awareness, knowledge of key vocabulary words, awareness of personal space, active listening
Skills Developed: Students using the Alef-Beis “I Have, Who Has?” game will reinforce their Hebrew letter recognition, phonemic awareness, and Hebrew vocabulary.
