Salt as a Taste Enhancer

SKU: CRVAY15-RS043

Salt was used to season every korbon that was brought. There are many explanations as to the presence of salt on the mizbeiach. One of them is that salt enhances the natural flavor of food. When food contains salt, our taste buds are stimulated so the food we are enjoying is more intensely flavored. The students will compare the taste of salted and unsalted foods to prove that salt enhances the flavor.
