Pop-up Decoupage Chanukah Dreidel Cards
Colorful, pop-up dreidels on the inside of the card and decoupage dreidels on the front make a visually appealing way to send Chanukah Sameach wishes. There is some detailed cutting and pasting involved but the result is definitely worth it.
