Parashas Pinchas concludes with the list of korbonos that were offered, accompanied by the nesachim, (libations) during which wine was poured into the base of the mizbeiach. In this fun science activity, the students will be doing lots of pouring. Using containers of varying heights and widths, the students will learn not to judge the amount of liquid by its appearance in the container. After measuring, they will be surprised to discover that the amount of liquid in each container is actually the same.
