Quilling, or paper filigree, is the art of rolling and gluing thin strips of paper into different shapes to create decorative designs. These beautiful three-dimensional embellishments can then be used to decorate anything, including this Sukkos decoration which can beautify any sukkah. While the technique for quilling is very simple, the design element can be complex. This makes it an ideal craft for all grade levels, as it can be as intricate or as basic as required.
