Use this versatile flower-themed gematria activity together with our flower print, script, or Rashi letter recognition centers to introduce or review gematria. Students can match cut-out flower shapes labeled with Hebrew letters to their corresponding numerical value on the gematria mat. Alternatively, cut out the numbered flowers and have students match them to the Hebrew letters on a print, script, or Rashi letter mat.
Alternate version: Attach small magnets to each cut-out flower shape and place the mat into a metal cookie sheet.
