Create a beautiful faux stained-glass floral design with the inscription of Eishes Chayil Mi Yimtza. A woman of valor, an Eishes Chayil, is the epitome of the matriarch of a home. Traditionally, the Eishes Chayil prayer, found in the book of Mishlei, is recited on Friday night to give honor to the woman of the house, who plays a big role in shaping their family’s Jewish identity. This project can be made as a gift for Mother’s Day, or to be given on any occasion to someone who personifies an Eishes Chayil. This project uses easily accessible blend of materials (acrylic black paint, glue and permanent markers) to make this project.
Students will create a meaningful gift to honor a women of valor.
