Color Code the Shoresh
Reinforce your students’ ability to identify the shoresh of Hebrew words with this versatile learning center. Students circle a word in the right-hand column on the chart with a colored dry-erase marker and use the same color to highlight the corresponding shoresh in the group on the left. Below each shoresh is a box where students can write the shoresh’s meaning.
The sample provided uses words from Sefer Bereishis. Use the template to generate your own list of words and shorashim, and retitle the chart to indicate the source of the generated words.
