Birchas Habayis Flower Quilling
Quilling, or paper filigree, is the art of rolling and gluing thin strips of paper into different shapes to create decorative designs. These beautiful three-dimensional embellishments can then be used to decorate anything, especially this Birkas Habayis (blessing for the home) which makes a perfect gift. While the technique for quilling is very simple, the design element is very complex, making it an ideal crafts for all grade levels, because it can be as intricate or as basic as required.

Materials
- Birchas Habayis template (included)
- Strips of paper of varying colors (available pre-cut in craft stores or you can cut your own)
- Slotted quilling tool (bamboo skewer or chopstick with a slot cut into the center of one end)
- Drop of white glue on a piece of scrap paper and toothpick
- Circle Template (to create uniform circles) any size you choose (see attached template)
