Quilling, or paper filigree, is the art of rolling and gluing strips of paper into shapes to create decorative designs. These beautiful three-dimensional embellishments can then be used to create beautiful works of art, including this Rosh Hashanah Card to send to family and friends. While the technique for quilling is very simple, the design element can be complex. This makes it an ideal craft for all grade levels, as it can be as basic or as intricate as desired.
