We use our eyes as a way to communicate and to establish trust and respect. This social skill lesson engages students with fun activities while it teaches them how to employ eye contact when conversing. This is the second lesson of a curriculum that covers 15 social skills. Each social skill lesson includes an anticipatory set puppet show, introduction to skill, interactive activities and games, discussion, story, song, assessment, and educational aids.
