Woodshop

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Cultivating confidence, creativity and learning skills

Walder STEAM Education Woodshop invites boys ages 9-14 to learn basic woodworking and carpentry techniques. Your son will develop fine motor, visual, kinesthetic and spatial learning skills—and have a great time doing it!

Beginners and advanced students work at their own pace under the instruction of expert carpenter Mitch Erlich. Participants complete and bring home a project (such as a tabletop shtender) approximately once a month. In the interests of safety, we use hand tools, not power tools.

Classes begin on September 15, 2022
