Measurement in Parashas Eikev
In this parshah, in Moshe Rabeinu’s final speech to Bnei Yisrael, he reminds them of all the wondrous deeds Hashem has done for them. The clothing of the children grew along with them, so there was never a need for new clothing. This is a great time to discuss measurement and growth. In this science/math activity, the students will predict the measurements of their friends and check their guesses using non-standard measuring tools.
