Exploring Lightning for Parshas Yisro
When the Jewish nation gathered around Har Sinai to receive the Torah, they were awed by the voice of Hashem and the thunder and lightning. In this experiment, the students will learn that lightning is caused by static electricity. When negative charges are attracted to positive charges the result is a spark of lightning.
