Yeshiva Ohr Boruch, also known as the Veitzener Cheder, is patterned after the Chassidic chadorim of pre-war Europe. Judaic studies are taught in Yiddish. YOB offers a state-recognized general studies program and a resource department that serves students of all abilities, from remediation to enrichment. Yeshiva Ohr Boruch’s goal is to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to function successfully in an increasingly complex world. Emphasis is placed on cultivating authentic Torah values as well as high standards of moral and ethical conduct.
