Goals and Objectives: Students will be able to share their knowledge and  explain that we eat a new fruit on the 2nd night of Rosh Hashanah. They will be able to recite the Shehecheyanubrachah directly from the attached brachah tag.
Skills Needed: Ability to follow directions, fine motor control
Skills Developed: Students will develop dexterity of hand skills, pincer grasp skills, and strengthen key skills such as bilateral coordination, spatial organization and tactile awareness.

  • 5” wide x .75” tall Wood Frame (glass removed)
  • 0.25” Wood Balls (Michaels)
  • 6” Fancy Red Yarn
  • Scissors or Paper Cutter
  • Regular Yarn
  • (we used green)
  • 0.25” Pink Pom Poms
  • White Paint (Tempera)
  • Pink Paint (Tempera)
  • Hole Punch
  • Plastic Mini Wavy Plates (Jewel-Osco)
  • Paint Brush
