Im Ain Ish
A school-wide banner with a picture of many unsharpened pencils and one sharpened pencil sticking out, with the phrase “אם אין אנשים השתדל להיות איש” written below. The banner brings out the point that when no one is taking charge or responsibility, you should step up to the task. Can be used in conjunction with a project on taking responsibility for one’s actions, sticking up for one’s self, no bullying, answering אמן loudly, and many more, or just to beautify the hallways and/or classrooms of the school.
