Encouragement is the single most important thing that we need to train ourselves to do if we want to be successful with our talmidim.

In the last 50 years, with the growth of technology, we have a world of unprecedented choice, and we have the responsibility to teach our talmidim what they are good at, and what their strengths are.

And that’s how they can make a contribution to Klal Yisroel.
