פרשת שלח

חלה תרימו תרומה ו' כ"ט
“Challa should be separated as a separation”

The Torah juxtaposes the laws of separating challa from dough with the incident of the Meraglim.

The Seforno explains that following the sin of the Meraglim, the Yidden required a "spiritual boost" to make them worthy of being recipients of blessing in their household. The merit of the Mitzvah of separating Challa from their dough and giving the Challa to a Kohen was the catalyst to reinstate their spiritual standing and their worthiness of once again receiving this Brocho.

We all experience various infractions by our students from time to time. Finding a catalyst to reinstate their good standing and worthiness will undoubtedly bring beracha to you your student and the entire class.
